David Ralph

David brings a wealth of cultural touring, multicultural community events and project management to Outer Urban Projects. He has worked across these sectors since 2006.

David grew up in Reservoir and is a Reservoir High graduate.  He began working in the not-for-profit sector as a Membership and Events Officer with the Financial Planning Association and moved into the cultural performing arts sector as an Event and Production Manager with PAN International delivering the 2008 Australia Day – Voyages concert at Federation Square.

Production and Tour Coordinator with Cultural Infusion – heading up Indo-Bboy Fusion a collaboration of contemporary hip hop and traditional Balinese puppetry. 

David was the full time Program Manager of the A.R.A.B VASS Program in 2011 and 2012, managing the day to day of a large multiplatform program with a team of nine and a contract team of up to 30 artists, 50 emerging artists, over 200 participants and a significant operating budget.  David brings strengths in leadership, financial, administration and operation management.  David’s accompanying roles include CCD project and event management of a range of events including the Deaf Games produced by Arts Access Victoria:
