Peter is a freelance musician and teacher and has run percussion/rhythm workshops and programs throughout Australia. His workshop programs are youth-focused, and have been held in schools, hospitals, youth, community centres and include organisations: Anti-Racism Action Band (A.R.A.B) Multicultural Arts Victoria (Emerge Festival). He has  been invited by the Victorian Orff Schulwerk Association to instruct music educators in his teaching methods. He hasbeen a Teaching Artist with The Song Room for over 6 years. The Song Room places artists into schools in low socio-economic areas. As a session musician he has played extensively with Grammy-award winner John Rees and ARIA award-winners Kavisha Mazzella and Irine Vela.He is a musical festival veteran performing and teaching at festivals including: the Singapore ‘Mosaic’ Music Festival (Singapore) Wellington Folk Festival (NZ), National Folk Festival (ACT), Woodford Folk Festival (QLD), Fairbridge Music Festival (WA), Pt. Fairy Folk Festival (VIC), Wangaratta Jazz Festival (VIC) and the Albany Music Festival (WA). His singing / drumming can be heard on over 20 commercially available CD’s.
